Purpose of the survey

Welcome and thank you for your support!

This survey is about your experiences with public DC fast charging stations (≥ 50 kW) in Germany. The aim is to develop a user-centered “Charging Quality Index (CQI)” as part of my MBA thesis in the “Master of Business Administration (MBA)” program at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management. This index is intended to help measure and compare the quality of fast charging locations from the user's perspective.

Please refer to your last public DC fast charging session in Germany within the last 3 months when completing the questionnaire. It takes about 8–12 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary and can be canceled at any time.

All information is collected anonymously and used exclusively for scientific purposes.

No personal data that could reveal your identity will be collected.

At the end, you have the option to participate in a voucher raffle (WUNSCHGUTSCHEIN). Your email address for this will be stored separately from your answers.
