Thank you very much for your willingness to participate in this survey on the topic of AI recommendation systems in online retail.

This survey is part of my master’s thesis in the Marketing & Communication program at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.

Completing the questionnaire takes about 5 minutes. All information will be collected anonymously and treated confidentially. Data collection and analysis are carried out exclusively for scientific purposes within the framework of my thesis.
