Thank you for your interest in participating in this questionnaire. My name is Marvin-Alexander Seegers and I am currently working on my M.Sc. university degree.
I am researching a very interesting topic, that might be quite niche however.
With the rise of autism spectrum diagnoses, more people in corporate life are also affected. Either as autistic persons themselves, or as collleagues of people on the autism spectrum.
With my work I want to raise awareness for autistic individuals and in the long run enable them to better work environments.
The central topic of this research is the question if autistic individuals can be successful leaders / managers.
To achieve a possible answer to this question, this questionnaire contains various scales. In total, the completion of this questionnaire should take 40 to 45 minutes. Please answer all questions truthfully to what fits you as a person best.
At the end of the questionnaire I offer a little lottery. Here five participants can win 50€. To participate, you have to enter your e-Mail adress. The E-Mail adresses will be stored separately, so I can't connect your personal information to your submitted replies.
